Top 10 Productivity Tips

Ian Mcleary shared his 10 top productivity tips in yesterday’s comments. They’re worth pulling out:

  1. Sort out your to-do list every morning
  2. Start at 7 every morning
  3. Review your 99 day goals every week
  4. Review your stats every week
  5. Keep your CRM system up to date
  6. Bring your laptop to meetings and be productive while waiting
  7. Do the gym at least 3 times a week at lunchtime — it helps you think
  8. Avoid the laptop 1 day a week. You are more productive with 6 days’ work, not 7
  9. Group tasks by context — if you’re on the phone, do all your phone calls at once
  10. Make sure you’re doing 1 to 9

Point 10 is blatant cheating, but not wrong.
