Ian Mcleary shared his 10 top productivity tips in yesterday’s comments. They’re worth pulling out:
- Sort out your to-do list every morning
- Start at 7 every morning
- Review your 99 day goals every week
- Review your stats every week
- Keep your CRM system up to date
- Bring your laptop to meetings and be productive while waiting
- Do the gym at least 3 times a week at lunchtime — it helps you think
- Avoid the laptop 1 day a week. You are more productive with 6 days’ work, not 7
- Group tasks by context — if you’re on the phone, do all your phone calls at once
- Make sure you’re doing 1 to 9
Point 10 is blatant cheating, but not wrong.
